How Long to Cook Scallops on the Stove
It takes just 1 to 3 minutes on each side to pan-sear scallops on the stove. Our favorite scallop recipe pairs them with a lemon-sage butter sauce: Lemon is a great complement for seafood!
How Long to Cook Scallops in the Oven
It takes around 15 minutes to bake scallops at 400 degrees. Place them into a casserole dish with 4 tablespoons of melted butter, then bake until done.
How Long to Cook Scallops on the Grill
If you're having a barbecue, you can also grill scallops: Simply cook them on a hot grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side, for a total cooking time of 4 to 6 minutes.
