How Long to Cook Lasagna
It takes 30 to 50 minutes to bake lasagna in a 375-degree oven. You'll also need to factor in the prep time for the ingredients: Some recipes call for boiling the noodles first, and most lasagna recipes ask you to cook the filling, whether it's meat-based or veggie-based, before layering everything together. If everything in your lasagna has already been cooked, it shouldn't take too long to bake, but if your lasagna recipe contains no-boil noodles, raw eggs, or both, it'll take a bit longer. You'll know your lasagna is ready when the cheese on top is melted, the sauce is moist but not watery, and the whole lasagna is cooked through completely. You can use a thermometer to check the center to see if it's cooked; it should read at least 165 degrees.
