How Long to Cook Beef Ribs in the Oven
Low and slow is the best way to cook beef ribs, especially in your oven: You can expect your ribs to take about 3 ½ to 4 hours to fully cook, depending on which rack of the oven you put your ribs on. (The closer they are to the top of the oven, the slower they'll cook.) As with pork ribs, beef ribs can't be rushed: It will take a couple of hours to get them fall-off-the-bone tender. For the best results, wrap your ribs in foil and cook them in a 250-degree oven until they're done.
