How Long to Cook Pork Chops With a Bone in the Oven
In an oven set at 375 degrees, you'll need to cook bone-in pork chops for 20 to 25 minutes. After 20 minutes, check your pork chops for doneness; the cooking time will vary a bit based on the size and thickness of the meat. If the pork chops aren't quite done at the 20-minute mark, give them a few more minutes. If you're not sure whether your pork chops are done, take their temperature with a meat thermometer: It should read at least 145 degrees. It's worth noting that boneless pork chops have a shorter cook time than bone-in pork chops. Classic baked pork chops can be prepared with the bone in, but are better when made with boneless cuts.
