What's the Right Internal Temp for Pork Tenderloin?
The internal temperature of pork tenderloin should be 145 degrees. This temperature remains the same for any cut of pork, including roasts and chops. To make sure you've reached the right temperature for your pork tenderloin recipe, insert a meat thermometer into the thickest portion of the meat. Never rely on sight or smell alone to determine whether meat is done: It's safest to use a thermometer to make sure that the meat has gotten hot enough to kill any pathogens.
